  Outlook December 09, 2020 According to reports, Serum Institute, Bharat Biotech's proposal for emergency vaccine use was rejected due to inadequate data Health Ministry has denied claims suggesting that the Serum Institute, Bharat Biotech's proposal for emergency vaccine use has been rejected due to inadequate data. According to the sources, "Both proposals are not approved due to inadequate safety and efficiency data available currently.
